April’s Masterclass invites you to embark on a tantalising wine tasting journey through the picturesque vineyards of Piedmont, where the spotlight this time shines on the versatile and underrated Barbera grape variety.

Often overshadowed by its esteemed counterpart, Nebbiolo, Barbera reveals its multifaceted charm in a selection of wines meticulously crafted by Prunotto, one of the region’s most historical names. Prepare to be enchanted as we explore the diversity of Barbera, from its light and fruity expressions to the depths of serious and complex refinement, capable of aging gracefully over time.

 

3.Salento: Primitive and beyond.

In May, you can join us for a wine tasting journey through the sun-kissed vineyards of Puglia.

From the crisp and aromatic notes of Fiano variety to the bold and robust flavours of Primitivo (the region’s signature grape variety known for its rich and velvety character) without forgetting the dark, brooding intensity of Negroamaro. And no tasting of Puglian wines would be complete without a sip of Calafuria, renowned as Puglia’s most popular rosé wine, boasting a delightful bouquet of summer fruits and a refreshing palate.
